CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY At LNL, every client’s experience, comfort, and time are truly valued. Each appointment is thoughtfully reserved exclusively for one client, allowing for a personalized and luxurious service. To maintain this elevated level of care, at least 12 hours’ notice is kindly requested for all cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice, failure to arrive, or excessive late arrivals will be considered a No Show / Late Arrival, and the following policies will apply: No Show / Late Arrival Policy: • A 25% service fee will be applied for the first occurrence. • After the first no show or late arrival, a 75% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure all future bookings. • After a third no show or late arrival, future appointment requests may be respectfully declined. These policies help protect appointment availability while ensuring exceptional service and an elevated client experience. ⸻ CARD ON FILE REQUIREMENT To secure an appointment, a valid payment method is required at the time of booking. All payment information is encrypted, protected, and never stored improperly. No charges are processed at the time of scheduling. Cards will only be charged: • Upon completion of service, or • In accordance with the Cancellation & No-Show Policy By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to these policies.
